For dinner I started with the Kibbeh, croquettes over greens with the perfect mix of Mediterranean flavors. I chose their Skizza special, their take on a very, very thin pizza. The dough was cooked to perfection, slightly browned edges and crisp. The toppings were Melted leeks,crispy bacon, mushrooms,mozzarella,Fontina,and fresh herbs. It was simply delicious. I would highly recommend stopping in when you are in Rhinebeck.August 12, 2016
